How to create an Escarpment Labs account

Creating an Escarpment Labs account is easy, but the process depends on what type of customer you are.

Pro Brewers should contact us through our Create Account page. After submitting the form, we will respond within 24 hours with an onboarding package for you. Once we have the info needed to set up your commercial account, you will be able to log in and place orders from our website. 

If you are a Newly Hired Head Brewer or Purchaser at a Brewery with an existing account, contact us to arrange an account handover.

Homebrew Wholesalers/Shops:  As of February 2025, we offer a structured pre-order system for our wholesale customers carrying homebrew-sized pouches, available six times per year. This helps us provide fresher yeast, more reliable access to strains, and a more sustainable production schedule. New wholesale customers can create an account here or contact sales@escarpmentlabs.com.

How homebrew ordering works:

• Orders open six times per year (shops have one week to order; we ship within two weeks).
• Orders are placed via a form emailed directly to wholesale customers (not through the website).
• Minimum order: 3 pouches per strain
• Custom strains: minimum of 20 packs
• Receive your order — it’s that easy!

Homebrewers (individual): we no longer offer direct-to-consumer ordering. While we do not offer direct-to-consumer for individual homebrewers through our website, we encourage homebrewers to check with their nearest local homebrew shop for Escarpment Labs yeast.
